This gets you a spot on our list for the 2026 year for half of a pig. The butcher date is October 5th, 2026. Your pork will be ready for pick up about 1 week later. 

 

Our 2026 pork pricing is $400 for a half plus processing fees. 

 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

 

Halves are able to be customized in a variety of ways. Take a look at out cut sheets to see how you are able to make your pork half work best for your family.

  • A half of a pork includes the following estimated number of cuts:

    • Shoulder (includes picnic roast and pork butt): 3-4 3 lbs roasts or 12 1/2 inch steaks or 1-2 roasts and 6 1/2 inch steaks
    • Loin: 1 3 lbs roasts
    • Spare Ribs: 1 rack
    • Baby Back Ribs: 1 rack
    • Chops: 20-25 1/2 inch thick or 10-13 1 inch thick
    • Ham: 1 prepared either fresh or cured, whole, halved or quartered
    • Pork Belly and sliced belly (bacon): 5-8 lbs total, can have a combo of both or just one or the other. Bacon can be cured and sliced in different thicknesses
    • Sausage: 5-7 lbs total fresh and/or flavored as breakfast, itallian, german, chorizo or bratwurst (pick 1)
