This gets you a spot on our list for the 2026 year for a whole pig. The butcher date is October 5th, 2026. Your pork will be ready for pick up about 1 week later.
Our 2026 pork pricing is $800 for a whole plus processing fees.

Pork Whole Reservation

A whole pig includes the following estimated amount of cuts:
- Shoulder (includes picnic roast and pork butt): 6-8 3 lbs roasts or 24 1/2 inch steaks or 3-4 roasts and 12 1/2 inch steaks
- Loin: 2 3 lbs roasts
- Spare Ribs: 2 racks
- Baby Back Ribs: 2 racks
- Chops: 40-50 1/2 inch thick or 20-25 1 inch thick
- Ham: 2 prepared either fresh or cured, whole, halved or quartered
- Pork Belly and sliced belly (bacon): 9-14 lbs total can have a combo of both or just one or the other. Bacon can be cured and sliced in different thicknesses
- Sausage: 10-15 lbs total flavored as breakfast, itallian, german, chorizo or bratwurst (pick 2)
