    A "Standard Cut" whole includes:

    • 8-10 3.5 lb of Chuck Roast
    • 4-6 3.5 lb Arm Roast
    • 4-6 3.5 lb Top Round Roast (option to steak or grind)
    • 18-22 Ribeye Steaks*
    • 18-22 NY Strip Steaks*
    • 8-12 Sirloin Steaks*
    • 8-12 Sirloin Tip Steaks*
    • 6-9 lbs Tenderloin/Filet*
    • 140-200 lbs Ground beef
    • 2 2lb Flank Steak
    • 4 2-3 lb Briskets
    • 12 lbs Stew Meat
    • 2 4 lb Skirt Steak
    • 6-8 1 lb Packs of Short Ribs
    • Soup Bones
    • Organ Meats

    Optional roasts instead of ground are Bottom Round and Tri-Tip

    *All steaks will be cut at 1" thicknesses and packaged in pairs. Filet will be cut at 1.5" thickness.
